How do I track a shipment?
Enter the tracking number from your consignment notice on the Track page. If the number exists in our records, the current status and journey events will display. If it does not, you will see a clear notice — we never invent a shipment.

Why can’t I see another shipment by changing the number?
Each tracking session is bound to the number you verified. Guessing or substituting another identifier will not reveal someone else’s consignment.

What do the journey stages mean?
Shipments move through Created, Collected, Processing, Departed Facility, In Transit, Arrived at Destination, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. The highlighted stage is the latest recorded status.

Are delivery times guaranteed?
Estimated delivery dates are operational forecasts based on the current plan. Weather, customs, and facility capacity can change them. Updates appear as tracking events.

How should a consignment be prepared?
Use a rigid outer carton, label the consignee side clearly, and declare contents accurately to your Aurevia contact. Restricted items must be disclosed before pickup.

Can I change the destination after pickup?
Contact support from the shipment record. Destination changes are not automatic and depend on where the package is in the network.

How do I reach operations?
Use Contact, or open a conversation from a tracked shipment so the tracking number is attached automatically.
Quotes
How do quote requests work?
Submit origin, destination, type, size, and weight. Operations reviews requests from the administration desk and replies by email. A quote request is not a booking.
Account management
Do I need an account to track?
No. Consignees access a shipment with the tracking number provided when the consignment is created. There is no public customer login.

Who can change company information on this site?
Authorized administrators update company profile, locations, media, and FAQs from the administration dashboard. Source code is not required for those changes.
